RETURNS POLICY

EAST ON 18TH does not accept refunds or exchanges due to the personalisation of our items.

EAST ON 18TH will not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or incorrect garment size and colour selection. Please refer to our sizing chart to make sure that you have ordered the correct size.  

If you think that your garment has a manufacturing fault, then please contact us on jenny@easton18th.com.au and explain what fault has occurred. 

If EAST ON 18TH finds that the item is faulty then the item can be returned at the buyers expense and we will offer a exchange where the item can be replaced. If the item can not be replaced then a full refund will be issued. If a returned item is found not to be faulty, the garment will be returned to the customer.

EAST ON 18TH reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product where we inspect the product and reasonably assess that the fault is as a result of damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide) or usual wear and tear following use of the product.
